Next house to sell 5/13/11
In my opinion, this home (listed with The Realty House) appears like it is poised to be the next house to sell in Prior Lake. It's a 3 bedroom walkout rambler near Grainwood Elementary that just reduced by about $9k and is currently listed at $149,900. The home is 1500 square feet and is set up for a full mother-in-law unit (read: rental) in the basement.
If you are like me, you are probably thinking "There is no way I'm paying $150,000 for that house. What? It's only $149,900? Where do I sign?"
If I were starting all over again and looking for my first house I would be jumping all over this house. I'd buy it with my payments being close to $1000 and rent out the downstairs mother-in-law for $650 a month. I'd live that way until I married a rich divorcee and moved in with her and then rent the whole house out.
